"Everything perfect ! It is very nice to live here and enjoy all the activities organized by the community. Only it would be good to add some additional rules or controls for the use of common areas such as time of use of the BBQ grill and behavior in the pool area."
"Love our experience as a family in the Alexan 82 community. The pool and amenities are amazing. My kids love it! Last friday, the staff organized a movie night for the kiddos. It was a great experience and opportunity for my kids to share with other kids! Besides the apartments are beautiful! We have been here for just one month and it has been amazing! I pray that it’ll continue to be such a great experience!"

"Hello, first of all it’s a 5 star review. A lot of good things happening here and I’m excited about what’s to come. I’m not asking too much as these are just suggestions but I think the apartment complex needs more trash/dog bins. Also, another suggestion would to add a Sauna/Steam room. As a resident I wouldn’t mind paying an extra fee for this. I think it’ll be a good resource for the residents to use and it’s up to them on whether they want to utilize the resource."
"Me siento muy cómoda aquí, es muy tranquilo , acogedor, todo es muy limpio . El unico detalle son los estacionamiento pero con esperanza que podría mejorar en cuestión de la privacidad de las personas que viven en el primer piso frente los estacionamiento pero son detalles mínimos, el resto hasta ahora va muy bien . Aun no eh disfrutado del todo porque apenas llevo unos días, no conozco a nadie pero me gusta . Es un buen comienzo"

"The community is brand new with great ammenities. I love the gym and pool table the most. There are several office area to use every day with you colleague or client, spacious and well decorated. And free coffee as well. However, the noise of heating machine and ac take a little credits off. Otherwise it will be a 100% perfect residence place."

"We have been at Alexan Park 82nd for a little over a week now. We faced a few hiccups upon moving in but there was nothing the team didn’t handle with grace and professionalism. After a very stressful move with a newborn and two dogs this was something I truly appreciated and know is t offered in many places. The community is still under construction but coming out beautiful and team is excellent and welcoming. I definitely recommend moving in, you won’t regret it!"

"I was so grateful to find this place and staff has been truly amazing!! The amenities are awesome, I could play skee-ball all day long, however I just wish the pool was open a bit later. Also noise has been a bit of a problem with gardeners and dogs barking extremely loud but other than that this place is awesome!!"

"We love the apartment layout/design, community, gym and club house. Unfortunately the plumping system is terrible, Toilet doesnt flush properly. And our toilet overflowed with our neighbors sewage. Everytime they flush their toilet we can hear it in our bathroom as our toilet makes a sound. Central cooling makes the living room very cold while the bedrooms arent, would of been better to have seperate cooling systems per room to not waste electricity."

"The trash situation needs to be addressed. A new solution should be on the table since neighbors need help understanding how it works. So most days, you have to walk through hallways filled with trash. Not a great look for when you're returning home."
"Personally, I have several details in the apartment that need to improve finishing details, such as paint and stains on the kitchen cabinets, stains on the doors, loose door handles, the fridge, the water is not well connected because when you touch the filter water leaks from under the fridge among other finishing details in my house I have several on a list"

"The complex is beautiful inside and out, very modern, and feels safe. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and they treat you like a buddy rather than a customer. The complex is brand new so there have been some growing pains but I hope things will become more organized and more amenities will open up as time goes on. I would recommend this complex to anyone with a small warning that there may be a few headaches, but at the end of the day you will have an incredible home."
